Your duties and responsibilities :

– Technical support for routine field issues for subsidiaries, technicians on site and customers worldwide
– Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions
– Ensure proper recording and closure of issues
– Revision and control of field reports
– After sales documentation update and follow-up
– Commissioning on site (special applications)
– Implementation of preventive and regular maintenance activities
– Developing and sharing of achieved knowledge with the rest of the team (group level)
– Continuous improvement suggestions in collaboration with engineering team

Your technical and personal skills :

– Mechanical Degree in Mechanical Engineering or degree considered equivalent
– At least 2 years of customers service experience or a similar function
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills in English and German, French or any other language is a plus
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills
– Good working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point. MS AX and CRM is a plus
– Willing to travel up to 30% for on-site-activities
– Experience in vibration analyses domain is a plus
